Terms governing use of the Page Maple Path website and hardware wallet assessment services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at page-maplepath.click or booking an assessment with Page Maple Path Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Page Maple Path provides hardware wallet condition assessments, including physical examinations, firmware verification, seed backup storage reviews, and written condition reports. Our services are educational and inspection-based. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, recover lost seed phrases, or provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.
3. Appointments and Attendance
Assessments are by appointment only at our Seoul office unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for bringing your own device, entering your own PIN during any signing test, and safeguarding your seed phrase. We will never ask to view your recovery words. You must disclose any known damage, tampering, or incidents before the assessment begins.
5. Reports and Limitations
Condition reports reflect the state of your device at the time of examination. They do not guarantee future device performance, security against all threats, or the safety of your stored assets. Reports are provided for your personal records and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, report templates, assessment protocols, and branding are owned by Page Maple Path Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Page Maple Path Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including loss of assets, loss of access to wallets, or reliance on assessment reports. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
