I have carried my Ledger in a front pocket for two years. The quarterly report showed button wear I had not noticed — the assessor recommended replacement before the buttons failed entirely during a PIN entry. The migration guidance in the report was clear, though I needed to read it twice to follow every step.— Dong-hyun R., quarterly client, Trezor Model One replaced after Q3 2025 report
As someone who received a hardware wallet as a gift and had no idea what to do with it, the onboarding assessment was exactly what I needed. They confirmed my setup was correct and helped me choose a metal plate for seed storage. I felt slightly rushed at the end when the next client arrived early.— Yuki M., initial onboarding assessment, January 2026
After my basement flooded, I booked the post-incident check within a day. The assessor found moisture damage on the USB port that I would have missed. The device was replaced. I only wish the report had included a clearer diagram of where to store backups above flood level.— Andreas K., post-incident recovery check, August 2025
Our family office uses Page Maple Path for six devices across two signers. The quarterly archive means we can show auditors a continuous inspection record. Scheduling all six in one afternoon took some coordination, but Eun-hye managed it well.— Private family office representative, quarterly retainer since 2023
Extended Account: Three Years of Quarterly Reports
Client: Min-jun H., software engineer, Gangnam district
Devices: Ledger Nano X (primary), Coldcard Mk4 (backup)
Min-jun began quarterly assessments in early 2022 after a colleague lost access to a wallet when button failure prevented PIN entry. His first report established baseline photographs of both devices and documented his seed storage across a metal plate and an encrypted paper envelope in separate locations.
Over nine quarterly visits, the reports tracked gradual button wear on the Nano X, a firmware update recommendation in Q2 2024, and a storage relocation suggestion when Min-jun moved apartments. By Q4 2025, the wear measurements crossed our replacement threshold. Min-jun replaced the Nano X during a scheduled visit, with the assessor documenting the migration without ever viewing his seed phrase.
Min-jun continues on quarterly retainer. His most recent report notes both devices in good condition with the Coldcard showing minimal wear after limited use.
