Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Page Maple Path hardware wallet assessments.

Overview
This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for assessment services booked with Page Maple Path Co., Ltd.
Cancellation by Client
More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund of any prepaid fee, or free rescheduling to a new date within 90 days.
Less than 48 hours before appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance may be credited toward a rescheduled visit within 60 days.
No-show: Full assessment fee is charged. No refund is issued.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted per booking when requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules incur a ₩25,000 administrative fee.
Refund Eligibility After Assessment
If you are dissatisfied with your assessment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your report. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- A complimentary follow-up examination within 30 days
- Partial refund of up to 50% if the assessment did not follow our documented protocol
Full refunds after a completed assessment are not available except where required by applicable Korean consumer protection law.
Quarterly Retainer Refunds
Retainer fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused quarterly visits, minus a ₩50,000 administrative fee. Refunds are calculated based on completed visits at the standard per-session rate.
Non-Refundable Items
- Same-day report delivery surcharge
- On-site travel fees once the assessor has departed
- Administrative fees for rescheduling or retainer cancellation
Work Already Started
If an assessment session has begun and you choose to leave before completion, a partial fee equal to 75% of the standard assessment rate applies. No report will be issued for incomplete sessions.
Deposits
We do not currently require deposits for standard bookings. If a deposit is requested for group or on-site assessments, deposit terms will be confirmed in writing before payment.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Cancellation by Page Maple Path
If we cancel your appointment due to assessor illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no charge.
